Greetings and welcome to this week’s review.

The market drifted sideways as the RUT hits new highs despite earthquakes, hurricanes, terrorism fears, missiles and a FED meeting.

This resilience is remarkable as we get deeper into September as the market has blown off several prime opportunities to sell off.

Now we see if the market can continue to hold serve as we get thru this rest of September and early October and then launches a year end rally.
