Greetings and Welcome to this week’s review.

We are at resistance as we head into EPS season. As I type this, the OPEC and non OPEC ministers are meeting in DOHA in an attempt to manage oil prices and production. If the past is any predictor of the future they will fail.

Monday starts with EPS from MS and ends the day with NFLX. These stocks may have a big impact this week on the market sentiment. Will EPS surprises propel us to new highs or should I look at my calendar and count the days to May. Will this be the year to sell in May and Go AWAY?

Lets take a look at the markets from a Top Down Review and see what the charts are telling us
