Greetings and welcome to this week’s Top Down Review

It looks like the world markets have found relief in the French elections as it is likely that the center may ultimately prevail in a runoff and keep the EU intact for now,

Our futures are bounding higher. It will be interesting to see where this market ends as we are still long in the tooth and may pundits have called for a significant correction.

I made my presentation before the primary elections were known and I was surprised at some of the underlying strength and improvement in breadth over the past week.

We may have gotten thru our first hurdle but this will be a long week with plenty of intrigue and news to follow and a HUGE week of earnings.
