Greetings

The markets rallied 20% this week in a ferocious Bear Market Rally.

Now we ponder what is next?  Do we continue to new highs, trade sideways or is it time for go down further on a retest or to a lower low?

COVID-19 continues to spread worldwide with current cases approaching 700,000 worldwide with over 32,000 deaths.   The US and Worldwide governments have lowered rates and tried to stimulate the economy.  In the US unemployment is soaring while over a third of the country is sheltering in place  Some industries are decimated such as airlines, hotel, cruise ships and restaurants.

When will the Bear market end?  Please join me as I look at current markets and try and come up with a plan for the coming week.
