Greetings

I am at the big cancer doc meeting in Chicago (ASCO) and did not plan on a video this week. That said, I decided to do one for the attendees of my upcoming FL meeting and will post here as well. I apologize in advance for the technical difficulties. Slow internet, too much wine and a new contributor and I messed up the settings on the video and thus It did not record in full screen. Hopefully it will still be useful. I plan a live video with attendees open to all on Sunday this coming week.
