Greetings and welcome to this week’s review.

We have seen a stealthy move off the bottom over the past 7 days or so. Of course, like AMZN on Friday, individual stocks continue to blow up with news.

Is this an oversold bounce or start of something new to the upside? Time will tell but for now I am playing this as a Bear Market Rally. That said some of the biggest rallies occur in a Bear Market and short term money can be made on these bounces.
